Step 1: Initial Written Complaint

We encourage you to provide comprehensive details of your concern(s) to facilitate a thorough review.
Alexandra will acknowledge your written communication within 2 working days of receipt.
Step 3: Investigation Process
Alexandra will:

- Conduct a comprehensive review of your concerns.

- May request additional information or clarification if necessary.

- Aim to provide a substantive response within 5 working days (of receipt of the complaint). If the matter requires more time due to its complexity, Alexandra will inform you and provide an estimated timeframe. We aim to conclude any complaint within 28 days, and Alexandra will provide an update on the progress of her investigations throughout that time period.
Step 4: Resolution and Further Steps
After our investigation, we will communicate our findings and any proposed remedies or actions.
