At Cohen Family Law, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our standards. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Step 1: Initial Written Complaint

In the first instance, please address your complaint in writing to the Principal Lawyer, Alexandra Cohen. Alexandra’s contact details are below.

We encourage you to provide comprehensive details of your concern(s) to facilitate a thorough review.

Step 2: Acknowledgment of Your Complaint

Alexandra will acknowledge your written communication within 2 working days of receipt.

Step 3: Investigation Process

Alexandra will:

    • Conduct a comprehensive review of your concerns.

    • May request additional information or clarification if necessary.

    • Aim to provide a substantive response within 5 working days (of receipt of the complaint). If the matter requires more time due to its complexity, Alexandra will inform you and provide an estimated timeframe. We aim to conclude any complaint within 28 days, and Alexandra will provide an update on the progress of her investigations throughout that time period.

Step 4: Resolution and Further Steps

After our investigation, we will communicate our findings and any proposed remedies or actions.
